important to us! Additional Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel any order where a credit card has been declined. Credit card orders are run through when the item is ready to ship (not when the order is placed). We reserve the right to substitute parts of equal or greater value should the exact item not currently be in stock, should an adequate replacement item not be in stock, we reserve the right to return payment and cancel that order. Computer systems may contain new, refurbished, used and factory-renewed components We do not accept returns based on cosmetics, blemishes, or imperfections (if the item is damaged see above section). All used and refurbished items may have slight cosmetic blemishes. Refurbished monitors sold alone or with computer systems usually have cosmetic blemishes on the side or on the back, but not on the front. Monitors may also have slight screen burn, but are guaranteed to be in good working conditions. All returns require an RMA number. This RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will not be accepted. Please contact your PC Parts, Inc. salesperson for your RMA number. Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be received within 15 working days of RMA date. Freight on all returns must be PREPAID. Returns sent without prior authorization or freight collect will be rejected. Customer is responsible for the charges on the return shipping. Credits on customer accounts are valid for 90 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated
